Dear family, friends, and prayer warriors,

The funeral information for Barbara is as follows:

Time – Saturday, February 19, 10:30 a.m., followed by Reception, - 1:30 p.m.

(Burial at the Inglewood Cemetery will follow, in the afternoon.)

Location - Cathedral Chapel of St. Vibiana, 923 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90036

(This is between Wilshire Blvd & Olympic.)

Special Notes – Parking for the funeral is available at Cathedral Chapel School, which is located at 755 S. Cochran Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Additional Note: A bus will be available for transport over to the church, but it is just a few blocks away and is accessible by walking as well.  (Rain is expected Saturday.)

The family welcomes the presence of anyone who knows, loves, or has been impacted by Barb and her life.

Additionally, a number of people have asked how they can help the family. We are not soliciting assistance in any way, but for those of you who have asked, food is one kindness we will never turn down; we have a lot of food in the house today, but later this week and in the next couple of weeks, meals and restaurant gift cards may come in very handy. We also would not turn down financial donations to help offset the costs associated with the funeral, which include bringing family members from other states. But we reiterate that we are not asking for donations; this is only in response to those of you who have asked about wanting to help. We would be just as happy to have your presence at the funeral and/or a card sharing your memories and stories of Barb.
